China executed two men found guilty of causing explosions at two Internet cafes in central China that killed two people. Lu Dongming and Lu Kuan were executed after the Anhui provincial High Court turned down their final appeals earlier in the month. The two had been found guilty in connection with blasts in May at two cafes in Hefei, the capital of Anhui province. A third man was sentenced to 10 years in jail. The blasts, 10 minutes apart, at the cafes just meters (yards) from each other also wounded four people and left the premises spattered with blood.
