CHINA WILL NOT ABOLISH DEATH PENALTY, FOR NOW – PREMIER

Wen Jiabao, the Chinese premier, told reporters in Helsinki after the EU-China summit on that China did not for the time being consider possible the abolition of the country's death penalty.
