Dad Allah and Faizullah were sentenced to death in Pakistan by an Anti Terrorist Court (ATC) after being convicted of robbery and murder under section 7 (A) of the ATC Act. The convicts were also sentenced to 10 years rigorous imprisonment (RI) and awarded a fine of Rs 20,000 each under Section 7 (C) of the ATC Act and to an additional term of two years RI in case of failure in paying the fine. The two had been found guilty of robbing Habib Bank near Ziarat in January 2003 and of killing the Bank's Manager Abdul Razak and a passer-by. They also injured guard Mohammad Sharif for showing resistance. The two were arrested along with the weapon used in robbery.
