Donald Miller, 36, white, was put to death by lethal injection. He had been convicted of killing an 18 year old, white woman, Jennifer Geuder, on 12th June 1992. He had renounced voluntarily to any further appeals. He was the third person to be executed in the State during the year, the 22nd since the State resumed executions in 1992. He was the 73rd to be put to death in the U.S. during the year and No 671 since the death penalty was re-introduced in 1976.
