EGYPT: POLICEMAN GETS 2ND DEATH PENALTY

a Cairo court handed down a second death sentence to a fugitive Egyptian police officer already facing execution for fatally shooting 33 protesters. Mohamed al-Sunni was sentenced to death in May for fatally opening fire outside a police station of the al-Zaiwya al-Hamarah housing development on January 28 and then ran from the scene.
