Farkhod Muqimov was sentenced to death by the Tajik supreme court. Muqimov was a member of the armed gang set up by Murod Bozorov, who was sentenced to death at the beginning of this year. The group is charged with murders, possession and use of arms, banditry and other crimes committed in Hisor District [west of the Tajik capital]. The investigation revealed that Muqimov had been an accomplice in the killing of the director of Hisor District's cotton processing factory.
