Five members of an international terrorist grouping...

Five members of an international terrorist grouping that carried out terrorist acts in the Kyrgyzstani city of Osh in May and June 1998 were sentenced to capital punishment. Three of the criminals are citizens of the PRC [People's Republic of China], one is a citizen of Turkey, and another is a citizen of Kazakhstan. The terrorists from the PRC were members of the Front for the Liberation of East Turkestan that aims for the separation of the Xinxiang-Uighur Autonomous Province from China.Four people were killed and 12 injured in the Osh explosions.
