Harith Gary Lee alias Lee Cheng Thiam was sentenced to death for murdering his girlfriend, Diana Teo Siew Peng, 32.
Lee, 39, had insisted that Peng jumped off the block where she lived in Choa Chu Kang Avenue 1, because of her financial problems.
But Justice Woo Bih Li said he had no doubt that Lee, pushed her off the parapet on the 10th floor of Block 202, because he was in a desperate rage after she wanted to end their relationship.
Her death at noon on March 10, 2003, was allegedly a result of 48 hours of harassment from Lee, who had earlier dragged her out of her office by her hair and punched her before driving her home.
