In Chicago, 1 of the death row inmates pardoned by former Gov. George Ryan last year is now facing drug charges. Police said Leroy Orange, 52, was arrested after trying to sell crack cocaine to an undercover officer. Orange was sentenced to death in 1985 for the fatal stabbings of his former girlfriend, her son and 2 others. In pardoning Orange, Ryan said he'd been "wrongfully prosecuted." Orange is now charged with delivery of a controlled substance to an undercover officer and drug possession.
