In Fort Worth, Cleve W. Foster, 40, has been sentenced to death for the Feb. 14, 2002 kidnapping, rape and shooting of Sudanese native Nyanuer "Mary" Pal. Foster was convicted of capital murder on Feb. 6. Co-defendant Sheldon Ward was sentenced to death in May for the same crime.
