Neill, 37, was pronounced dead at 6:18 p.m. at the Oklahoma State Penitentiary.
Neill was executed for the Dec. 14, 1984 killing of Robert Zeller, 33, Jeri Bowles, 19, Kay Bruno, 42, and Joyce Mullenix, 25.
