in Pakistan, Kasur Additional District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Azam Khan awarded the death sentence and a Rs 25000 fine each to two men for drug smuggling. The two accused, Shahbaz and Iqbal, were arrested while trying to smuggle out heroin worth millions of rupees to India from Ganda Singhwala, a border village. Police also recovered currency worth Rs 1.2 million from their possession.
