PAKISTAN: TWO SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR RAPE AND MURDER

in Kasur, Pakistan, Additional District and Session Judge Abdul Haseeb Shaikh sentenced two people to death. The accused, Muhammad Amjad and Qurban Ali Imran and their other accomplices abducted, gang raped and later burnt Rabia, a school teacher and resident of Pial Kalan. Amjad and Qurban were sentenced to death while their accomplices were handed life in prison with Rs 100,000 fine.
