in Springfield, a Clark County jury has recommended the death penalty for Jason Dean. Dean was convicted of the April 13, 2005 shooting murder of Titus Arnold, 23. According to prosecutors, Dean and a teenager, Joshua Wade, 16, killed Arnold while attempting an armed robbery and a drive-by shooting. The teenager who police said pulled the trigger has not gone to trial yet.
