Naolekar and Justice Lokeshwar Singh Panta suspended the death sentences while admitting appeals filed by C. Muniappan, Nedunchezhian and Ravindran, challenging the Madras High Court judgment confirming the trial court’s order awarding death sentence to the three accused.
