INDIA: DEATH SENTENCE FOR TRIPLE MURDER

at a local court in India, Sessions Judge Fatehdeep Singh sentenced Kotkapura resident Joginder Singh to death for murdering a woman, her husband and minor son on July 2, 2008. Singh had illicit relations with Darshan Kaur, 45, however he believed she was having an affair so he allegedly went to her home and killed her entire family.
