INDIA: GIRL’S TESTIMONY CONFIRMS DEATH SENTENCE FOR DAD

Justices P V Hardas and A V Potdar of the Aurangabad bench of the Bombay High Court in India sentenced Sunil Gaikwad, 35, to death for attempting to murder his daughter Gayatri Gaikwad, 12, and murdering his wife and two sons on July, 2008.
