INDIA JYOTI ARORA CASE: 2 GET DEATH SENTENCE

the son of a Delhi Police sub-inspector and a constable were sentenced to death by a local court in India for killing a pregnant girl two years ago. District judge R D Nimesh awarded capital punishment to Sandeep and constable Sashi Bhusan for killing Jyoti Arora. The court also imposed a fine of Rs 30,000 on each convict. According to the prosecution, Jyoti was killed by Sandeep on November 17, 2004 with the help of Bhusan.
