a division bench of the Madras High Court in India comprising Justices M Chockalingam and M Sathyanarayanan upheld the death sentence awarded to Sundar, alias Sundararajan, 33, from Samayapuram, for kidnapping for ransom and murdering a seven-year-old boy on September 27, 2010. He was sentenced to death by a Mahila Court in Cuddalore on January 30.
