the Indonesian Constitutional Court rejected a request by the three Bali Bombing convicted prisoners to delay their executions as the material review of state decree No.2/PnPS/1964 about instructions on performing execution has not been finished yet. "We cannot decide anything while the state decree is still in process," said Mohammad Mahfud Md., the court’s chairman in Jakarta. He said the court would give its official decision over the request during this month. Earlier, the three death-row prisoners: Amrozi, Imam Samudra, and Ali Gufron asked the government to cancel the regulation as they consider it to be a form of torture.
