An Oklahoma County judge took up the Sept. 11 (see) recommendation, and sentenced Gilbert Ray Postelle to death twice, and to 2 terms of life in prison in the May 30, 2005 slayings of James "Donnie" Swindle Jr., Terry Smith, James Alderson and Amy Wright.
