October 16, 2024 - IRAN. Reza Karimi Zarasavand executed in Farokhshahr on October 16
According to information obtained by Iran Human Rights, a man was executed in Farokhshahr Prison, in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province, on 16th October. His identity has been established as Reza Karimi Zarasavand from Chogharkhor village near Farokhshahr.
He was arrested four years ago for murder.
At the time of writing, his execution has not been reported by domestic media in Iran.
