Iraqi refugees have confirmed that government authorities executed three officers serving in the Iraqi army on charges of "treason and conspiracy". The three officers included Maj-Gen (retd) Abd al-Karim al-Hamadani, an Iraqi army officer known in Ramadi for his criticism of the Baghdad government, Lt-Col Falah Hamdan al-Dulaymi, and Lt-Col Ahmad Battah al-Dulaymi.
