JAMAICA: DEATH PENALTY FOR LYN MURDERS

Lennox Swaby, 28, farmer and taxi driver, and Calvin Powell, 26, garbage truck driver, both from Manchester, Jamaica, were sentenced to death for murder. Senior Puisne Judge Marva McIntosh found they strangled Richard and Julia Lyn between December 9 and 10, 2006, during a robbery at their home in Mandeville.
