Jeffery Dillingham, 27, white, was executed by lethal injection. Dillingham had been convicted of being paid by the victim's family to kill a white woman of 40, Caren Koslow, on 12th March, 1992. He was the 34th person to be executed in the State during the year, No 233 since the State resumed executions in 1974. He was the 71st to be put to death in the U.S. during the year and No 669 since the death penalty was re-introduced in 1976.
