Khudoydod Rasulov and Hasan Fayozov were found guilty...

Khudoydod Rasulov and Hasan Fayozov were found guilty of drug smuggling by the Leninobod regional court and sentenced to death. The two had been stopped in a lorry at a traffic police station in the northern region of Soghd on December 19th, 1999. A total of 19 sacks with 422 kg of raw opium and 3.9 kg of heroin were found in the lorry during a search.
