KUWAIT: DEATH SENTENCE UPHELD FOR CHILD RAPE

Judge Nasr Salem Al-Haid of the Kuwaiti Court of Appeals upheld two death sentences for Hajjaj Mohammed Adel Al-Saadi, known as the ‘Hawalli Monster’. Saadi was found guilty of kidnapping two boys in two different areas and molesting them. The suspect then admitted to the charges against him before the Public Prosecution, but later denied in court.
