Larry Robinson, 42, white, was executed by lethal injection. He was convicted of going on a psychotic killing spree on 10th August 1982, and killing five people: Bruce M. Gardner, 33; Georgia Ann Reed, 34; Scott Reed, 11; Earline H. Barker, 55; and Ricky Lee Bryant, 31. He was the fourth person to be executed in the State during the year, No 203 since the State resumed executions in 1974. He was the ninth to be executed in the U.S. during the year and No 607 since the death penalty was re-introduced in 1976.
