Latif Pedram, leader of the Afghanistan National Congress presented his electoral policies in Paris in view of the presidential elections to be held on October 9 in Afghanistan.
"We want a federal state with separation between politics and religion and the abolishment of the death penalty", said the 41 year old writer who had lived in exile in the French capital between 1998 and last February.
"Unless they have an international mandate, we are against foreign forces being in Afghanistan," declared Pedram in relation to the International Security Assistance Force (Isaf).
