Leaders at different levels in the districts of southwestern Uganda have recommended that the movement political system continue until a referendum is organised. This was contained in memoranda from different districts in south-western Uganda submitted to the Constitutional Review Commission during workshops organised by Uganda Gender Resource Centre countrywide recently. The leaders recommended that the death penalty be maintained.
