Chief Judge of Sabah and Sarawak Tan Sri Richard Malanjum and Federal Court judges Datuk Seri James Foong Cheng Yuen and Datuk Heliliah Yusof unanimously upheld the Court of Appeal's decision. Low, 24, allegedly murdered Hans Herzog, 59, in Selangor on November 12, 2003.
