a 25-year-old man was sentenced to death by High Court Judicial Commissioner Datuk Mohd Zawawi Salleh in Johor Baru, Malaysia. Khalil Anuar Sukirman allegedly trafficked 1,942.9g of cannabis at Taman Kempas on October 4, 2006. The drugs were found wrapped up in the basket of the his motorbike.
The accused was charged under Section 39B(1)(a) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
