Malaysia suspended for 30 days the execution of Filipino convict Andy Baguindah in order to revaluate his case upon request from the Philippine government. Baguindah, who was convicted of drug trafficking and illegal possession of firearms, both punishable by death in Malaysia, claimed the Malaysian police forced him to admit to the offences.
