Mitchell Orbe was executed by injection tonight at Greensville Correctional Center for the Jan

Mitchell Orbe was executed by injection tonight at Greensville Correctional Center for the Jan. 24, 1998 capital murder of Rick Burnett, a convenience store clerk. Orbe, 39, was pronounced dead at 9:13 p.m. Orbe becomes the 2nd condemned inmate to be put to death this year in Virginia.
