The first was handed down to Boris Serrano Canizares for murdering 4 people, including a little girl of 5, in Colombia on February 17, 1998; the second to Hermes Castro Perez for killing Fernando Garcia Guerrero, the caretaker of a nursery school, on September 18, 1997.
