He was also ordered to pay Rs300,000 compensation. Additional District and Sessions Judge Sajid Ali Awan sentenced Sakhi Jan to death for killing Chan Zeb over a dispute over a vehicle under Sadiqabad police station on December 14, 2007. He was also ordered to pay Rs200,000 compensation.
