PAKISTAN: DEATH SENTENCE IN MURDER CASE

in Pakistan, Kasur District & Sessions judge Nazeer Ahmed Gajana sentenced Mohammad Yasin to death, 7 years imprisonment, and a Rs 50,000 fine, for murdering Aftab and injuring Tahir Mahmood in Haveli Raiwali village, under Sheikhum police station, in 2008. The gun fight broke out after a dispute over a petty issue. Four minors were acquitted.
