PAKISTAN: MAN SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR MURDER

Naseer Ahmed borrowed Rs 2,000 from Shamshad, a barber. Shamshad allegedly killed him with scissors on October 3, 2008 because Naseer refused to pay back the money.
