PAKISTAN. SINDH HIGH COURT COMMUTES DEATH SENTENCE FOR MURDER

a Division Bench of the Sindh high court, Pakistan, set aside the death sentence awarded to Attaullah alias Qasim by an anti- terrorism court in Karachi.
The appellant had challenged his conviction for the murder of accountant Syed Hasan Abidi.
