Political writer and scientist Leonid Radzikhovsky said Russia not only has vast experience of combating terrorism but it has much more political will and resolve in the actual struggle than the West.
"In conditions of 'wartime democracy', it is not Russia that must learn from the West but the West must learn from Russia. It is not the OSCE that must teach us how to pacify the bandits but Russia must teach the West how to destroy the bandits. Everybody knows now that it is necessary to restore death penalty without delay and without a doubt, for organizing terrorist acts and possibly for other crimes as well. It is clear that no one in the West will dare to express such ideas... And Russia has full possibility and the moral right to raise these issues and to teach our eternal teachers a thing or two," Radzikhovsky wrote on Itogi.
