QATARI TO BE EXECUTED FOR RAPING TEENAGE DAUGHTER

The criminal court, presided over by Mamon Hamour, condemned the 43-year-old man for “using his paternal authority to abuse the victim for years." The man was arrested on November 8, 2006. The convict, who has remained under detention since his arrest last November, denied the charges, accusing the daughter of plotting against him.
