Salama bin Mteir al-Atwi, a Saudi citizen convicted of murdering a compatriot, was beheaded by sword in the north-western province of Tabuk. He had been executed for stabbing to death Khedr bin Subhi al-Atwi following a row, said a ministry statement quoted by the official SPA news agency.
