the High Court in Singapore sentenced Foong Chee Peng, 45, to hang for trafficking in 40.23g of heroin. Central Narcotics Bureau officers also found paraphernalia for packing drugs in his home in a raid on September 30, 2009. The prosecution alleged that he packed the drugs in his room for the purpose of trafficking them.
