SOMALIA: MILITARY COURT SENTENCED TO DEATH A SOLDIER WHO KILLED THREE BROTHERS

Somalia Military court sentenced death penalty to Hashi Ali Mohamud a Government Soldier who killed three brothers in June 2018 at Mogadishu’s Kaaran District.
The Victims were named as Hassan Ahmed Abukar, Hussein Ahmed Abukar  and Abdullahi Ahmed Abukar.
The acting Attorney General accused the soldier killing intentionally on three brothers and should be executed.
The soldier’s defendants called paying Compensation of the victims since the soldier and victims were relatives.
Court Chair Hassan Ali Nur Shuute announced that court decided death sentence against the soldier who killed three relative brothers in Karan district.
