Somalia's military court on 20 March 2019 sentenced two al-Shabab militants to death for their participation in terrorist attacks and killings.

Somalia's military court on 20 March 2019 sentenced two al-Shabab militants to death for their participation in terrorist attacks and killings.
Chief of the First Tribunal of the Armed Forces of Somalia Hassan Ali Shute proclaimed the verdict after Anshour Osman Abukar, 23, and Mohamed Ali Borow, 25, were condemned of planning and taking part in al-Shabab terrorist operations.
The two were found guilty of murder civilians, planning several blasts and other staged terror attacks at a complex in Mogadishu in 2017 and 2018.
