The Matara High Court sentenced a father and his two sons of Dediyagala in Akuressa to death.
The death sentence was passed after the trio was found guilty for murdering a person on the 14th of April 2005.
The case against the three was taken before Matara Chief High Court Judge Priyantha Silva today.
The 60-year old father accompanied by his two sons aged 27 and 32 had murdered his youngest brother over a land dispute.
