Colombo High Court on 3 July 2020 sentenced a Nigerian national to death for possession and trafficking of cocaine. He has been charged with the possession of 774 grams of cocaine and trafficking drugs.
Colombo High Court Judge Adithya Patabendige sentenced the suspect to death after he was found guilty of the two charges.
The Police Narcotics Bureau has arrested the suspect on 4 October 2016 in Ratmalana.
