Supreme Court's decision, Petre Gelbakhiani and Irakli Dokvadze were sentenced to 12 and a half years of imprisonment after a Supreme Court decision. They had been sentenced to death for a terrorist attack in a 1995 ruling, but following the abolishment of capital punishment their death sentences were commuted, under the decision by parliament that all court sentences for crimes committed during the civil war in the early 90's be revised.
