Terrorists whose acts kill Ohioans could face the death penalty under a bill endorsed Tuesday by Gov. Bob Taft (R).The bill introduced by Sen. Robert Spada, R-Parma Heights, would add acts of terrorism to the list of underlying specifications that make killers eligible for the death penalty for aggravated murder.
