THAILAND: DEATH SENTENCE IN PATTAYA FOR DOUBLE MURDER

in Pattaya, Thailand, Chon-Buri Criminal Court sentenced Mr Yuenyaw to death for robbing and murdering Viphaporn Jaila, 23, and her daughter Tharin, 2. Yuenyaw claimed he was a drug addict and was in serious financial trouble. The court also ordered 20,300 baht be re-reimbursed to the victim’s husband.
